alcott products, llc prides itself on our wide collection of our adventure gear that is built to last. We fully guarantee all of our gear against defects in materials and craftsmanship. If you have purchased a product that has a defect in the material or construction, please return the product to the original place of purchase. Keep in mind that each store has their own return policy, but typically require a receipt and have a limited return period.
If the defective product you purchased is outside of their return period, or if you purchase the product directly from alcottadventures.com, please complete the form below so we can get some new gear to your thrill sniffer.

alcott products, llc reserves the right to replace, credit or refund defective gear at our discretion. normal wear and tear, or damage that occurs naturally and inevitably over time, and damage caused by your dog or another dog (like chewing, clawing, etc.) is not covered by our warranty. products that have been modified, altered or used for another purpose for which it was designed are also not covered.
